Refund / Return goods for Warranty
The returned goods/products will be checked with original receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will be no refund. Otoparts will not be responsible if the return shipment parcel is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund/replacement within 7 days after the confirmation. Buyer will need to bear the return cost.
We will only cover warranty on manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover accident, misuse, incorrect line voltage, improper installation, transport damage, altered serial number, connection to non compatible hardware and the like.
All warranty items warranty duration depends on product types and brands which are stated accordingly. Our warranty covers from the start date of purchase and any purchased items / products can only be returned for warranty purpose. Kindly please check the products compatibility / requirement before purchasing. Goods sold are non-refundable or exchangeable.
